1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp corn syrup
6 oz of chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream, butter and corn syrup in a sucepan and heat until butter is melted and sauce is almost boiling. remove from heat and add chocolate stirring until melted. Cool to lukewarm and spoon into glass jar. Cover with tight fighting lid and store in refrigerator.

To use:
Set out at room temperature for about an hour or heat in microwave for about 5 seconds.
