2 1/4 cup. oats (not instant)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup. dried cranberries
1 teaspoon. cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon. salt
3 1/2 cup. milk
4 egg
1 T. canola oil
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8 inch baking dish with Pam. Mix oats, sugar, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt. Mix egg whites, oil, milk, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into prepared dish. Bake @ 350 degrees 55-60 min.

My daughter Lindy found this recipe. I mean really found it. When she was first married living in their first home it was left in a kitchen drawer. She has been making it ever since. It is very good ! Serve in a bowl with a little cream. She also makes it in ramekin's and freezes them.
