1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal

Optional
1/2 C. nuts, raisins or coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together white sugar, brown sugar and butter. Stir in eggs, baking soda, salt, and oatmeal. Place walnut size balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes.
