2 cans 4oz. green chilies
1 lb. Jack Cheese grated
1 lb. cheddar cheese grated
4 eggs whites and yolks separated
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tomatoes sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place cheese in baking dish along with the chilies. In large bowl beat egg whites till stiff. Combine yolks, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Fold in the egg whites. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Use fork and ooze it thru cheese. Bake 30 min. @ 325 degrees. Arrange tomatoes on top. Bake 30 min. more.
