1 8-inch prepared pastry shell
1 package 3 1/2-oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding Pie Mix
1 can Mother's Maid Blueberry Pie Filling
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pour two-thirds blueberry pie filling into baked pie shell. Pour cold milk into a bowl. Add pudding mix and beat slowly for one minute on lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add sour cream and lemon juice to pudding and mix until well blended. Spread over blueberry filling. Top pudding mixture with remaining blueberry filling. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours before serving. Garnish with your favorite whipped topping.
