Cream: 1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar

Sift: 2 – 2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Blend: 1 egg

Chill 1-2 hours, Divide in 2 parts. Roll to 1/2” thick and cut with cookie cutters. Bake 375 degrees 6-10 minutes. Frost if desired.
