1 can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
2 sticks margarine, thinly sliced
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, spices vanilla, and salt. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the following, in order over the batter:
1 box yellow cake mix, 1 cup chopped pecans. margarine slices- spread out over pecans.
Bake at 350º for 50-60 min until toothpick comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream
