1 lb lean ground beef, 2 eggs beaten, 3 cups flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup water.

Directions:

In a blender, combine beef and beaten eggs until weel blended and set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine flour and rolled oats. Gradually mix beef mixture with your hands until well blended. Add water and mix to form a sticky dough. Divide into 2 balls. Knead each ball on a well floured surface, about 9 minutes, adding flour until mixture is no longer sticky. With a rolling pin roll dough to 1/4 to1/2 inch thickness. Cut in desired shapes and bake on a lightly greased baking sheet for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool on rack
