4 c chopped cukes (cucumbers)
2 c chopped onions
10 chopped green peppers
10 chopped red peppers
1/4 c salt
3 1/2 c sugar
2 c cider vinegar
1 Tsp celery seed
1 Tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, onions and peppers in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Cover with cold water and let stand for 2 hours. Drain thoroughly, pressing out excess liquid. Combine sugar, vinegar and spices and heat to boiling. Add drained vegetables and simmer 10 minutes. Pack hot into hot half pint jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps and process 10 minutes in boiling water.
