1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding (prepared by pkg directions)
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
6 cups flour
1 cup soft butter or marg
2 cups brown sugar
4 tsp cinnamon

In a bowl combine water, yeast and sugar. Let dissolve and set aside for 10 min. In a large bowl place pudding, margarine, eggs and salt; mix well. Then add yeast mixture and blend. Gradually add flour; knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl to rise until double the size. Punch down and let rise again.
Roll out onto floured surface. Spread margarine over surface and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up tightly. Cut. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart, press down on each one lightly with hand. Cover and let rise until double again.
Bake at 350º for 15-20 min. Remove when they start to turn golden, do not over bake.
