4 to 5 doz. fresh snow peas
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
2 1/2 tsp beef flavored bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
2 tsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp chopped green onion

Directions:
Trim ends from snow peas. Place snow peas in a steaming basket. Plunge basket into boiling water and remove immediately! Place snow peas in a bowl of ice water to cool quickly. Remove from water and refrigerate. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, bouillon granules, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Stir in water chestnuts, pimento and green onions. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with snow peas.
