¾ Cup cooked rice
3 Large eggs – beaten
2 Cups whole milk
1/3 Cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 ¼ tsp vanilla
Cinnamon as needed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except cinnamon
Pour into 8x8 glass Pyrex dish (ungreased)
Sprinkle cinnamon on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
