1 Lb Margarine
1 Cup sugar
3 Eggs
1 ˝ tsp Vanilla
3 ˝ Cups flour-sifted
2 tsp Cream of tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy
Add eggs, vanilla, tartar and baking soda, mix well
Add flour a little at a time and mix well
Refrigerate till cool
Roll 1/8 “Thick (requires flour)
Sprinkle with sugar
Bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes
