½ pound of ham chopped
1 small onion
½ cup toasted pine nuts
½ c. olive oil
3 chopped cloves of garlic
8 ounces of green peas (frozen)

8 oz of fettucini ( I break mine in ½)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettucini until al dente in boiling water.
Saute' chopped onion in olive oil until soft and translucent add garlic and saute quickly. Add ham and green peas. Saute 2-3 minutes just to soften peas and warm ham. Add fettucini and pine nuts, salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to cover fettucini with sauce. You may add more olive oil if sauce is too dry. Sprinkle with Parmesan or Roman and serve.
