Buy large white mushrooms 1-2 pounds depending on size
remove stems and chop fine

1 package of Stove Top Stuffing

Prepare stuffing as directed on box
Add chopped mushroom stems
1 egg beaten
½ t dill (crushed)

Stuff caps and place on baking sheet
drizzle melted butter over top and bake in 375 degree over for 15-20 minutes. Just until brown
