2 cups datil peppers
3 cups vinegar
1 gallon ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
place datil and 1 c vinegar into a blender jar. Blend until liquefied. Pour into a large dutch oven with the ketchup. Rinse the blender jar with remaining vinegar and pour into the ketchup mixture. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Pour into small bottles or hot pack.
