1 pkg lemon cake mix
½ cup sugar
4 eggs

½ c vegetable oil
1 cup apricot nectar
Lemon Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cake mix and sugar. Blend in eggs, oil and apricot nectar, beat 6 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into greased and floured 10" bundt or tube pan. Bake in 350 degree over about 50 minutes.

Cool on rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and onto a cake rack. Place rack over waxed paper.

Lemon Glaze
Combine 1/4 c lemon juice and 13/4 c sifted confectioners sugar; beat until smooth. Pour over hot cake allowing icing to drizzle down the sides.
