1 egg white
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Using electric mixer, beat egg white until stiff, adding salt during this step. Reduce speed on mixer and slowly add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecan halves. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet with a teaspoon (two halves of pecan in each KISS.)
Cook for 10-12 minutes at 325ºF. Be watchful, they scorch very easily.
