1 cup scalded milk (cooled)
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs well beaten
4-5 cups flour
2 yeast cakes (dissolve in warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Let rise until foamy 15-20 min)
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs cinnamon

Scald milk and add butter, salt and sugar. Beat eggs well and add to cooled milk. Add yeast. Gradually add flour and stir well.Pour dough onto floured board and knead for about 10 min. Put in greased bowl and let rise for about 1 1/2 hr or until double in size. Roll dough out to a 9x13 size. spread dough with butter and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut approximately 12 rolls. Place in large pan, cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Bake at 350º 45-55 min. or until lightly browned.Can frost with milk and powdered sugar.
