6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup whole milk
salt
chocolate cookies
1 pint whip cream

Whip cream
separate eggs. Beat Whites Stiff
Put yolks, milk sugar in mixer and mix
cook until thick
Cool. Fold cooled custard into egg whites
Fold with whipped cream
Butter 8x10, coat with crumbled cookies
saving part of cookies for top
pour in ice cream mixture. Cover thickly with cookies and nuts, freeze fast.
