1/2 # ground beef
1/2 # ground pork
1/2 cup rice
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper chopped
1 tsp celery seed
2 large heads cabbage
Season to taste with salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cabbage leaves in boiling water. Place meat in leaves, roll and secure with tooth pick.
Brown 1 diced onion in 2 Tbs margarine.Add 1 tbs flour and stir until blended. Add enough water to make thick gravy. Then add enough tomatoes and juice to cover cabbage bundles.
Bring to boil, turn low and simmer 2 hrs.
