2 pork chops
1 T vegetable oil
1 T brown sugar
1 T ketchup
1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 T soy sauce
1/2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Rinse chops, pat dry, and place them in a small casserole dish.
Blend the rest of the ingredients and spread 1/2 of this sauce over chops.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Turn chops over and cover them with the rest of the sauce. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
Serve pork chops with sauce from dish.
