1-2 lbs ground beef,
3 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tbsp Italiano seasoning
1 small onion, chopped; 1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms
2 jars (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce; 1 large tomato, chopped
1 can tomato paste
2 eggs
1 container (16 oz.) Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lg pkg (500 g ) Shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 tsp each pepper/salt

Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef with all dry ingredients. Stir in 1 jar of spaghetti sauce; simmer 5 min. Stir in tomatoes & tomato paste. Separately mix eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese & salt/pepper.
Spread 1/2 of jar of spaghetti sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of 3 noodles, 2 cups of meat sauce, layer with noodles, then half of cottage cheese mixture, layer with noodles, 2 cups meat sauce, layer with noodles, remainder of cottage cheese mixture, layer with noodles, add remaining meat & spaghetti sauce and cover. Bake 45 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted.
