1 lb. flank/cube steak (thinly sliced)
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 tsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1 tbsp. garlic
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
3 large green onions (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch with beef and shake off excess. Heat oil over medium-high heat, add garlic and ginger, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, pepper flakes, cook for approximately 2 minutes and transfer to a bowl.
Put meat in same pan and brown. Add sauce and let thicken.

Serve with garlic noodles.
