1 quart fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
4 T. cornstarch
1 c. water
red food coloring
whip cream
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and hull strawberries, cut up 1 c. of berries. Mix sugar, starch in saucepan and stir in water gradually until smooth. Add berries and cook and stir over med heat until thick and clear. Stir in food coloring and cool. Stir in remaining strawberries saving 1/4 c. for garnish. Pour into Baked Pie shell. Chill until firm about 3 hours. Garnish with strawberries and whip cream.
