1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. oleo
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in water and milk. Then add oleo and cook until boils for 1 minute. Stir hot mixture in egg yolks and return to heat and boil 1 minute more. Then add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
