pears (cut into medium pieces)
sugar
1 lemon (cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
Use 2 bowls of pears to 1 bowl of sugar. Soak overnight. Next day boil for 1 1/2 hours until a little bit thick. Add lemon and 45 minutes of boiling. Juice will be syrupy not watery. Put into warm jars. Boil lids.
