Broccoli (fresh)
Rice
1 large Cheese Whiz
1 small Cheese Whiz with Jalapeņo (good luck finding this these days)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli, cook rice, mix together and then melt the cheese a little and mix them with the broccoli and rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I'm not sure on the quantity of broccoli and rice. I also have to substitute the Jalapeņo Cheese Whiz with some other jar of Jalapeņo Cheese. I can't remember if there is onion in it or not - I'm thinking not. If you use A LOT of broccoli and rice you will need to add another large jar of Cheese Whiz.
