12 New Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
12 slices Serrano Ham

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Place the potatoes in a steamer st over a pan of boiling water. Cover and steam for 30 minutes or until tender. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

Pour the olive oil into an ovenproof dish.
Wrap each potato in a slice of serrano ham and arrange in the dish in a single layer. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes- turn occaisionally.

Transfer potatoes to serving dish and season to taste with salt and pepper
