Uncle Ray's meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs lean hamburg…ground very finely or minced.
½ c dry bread crumbs.
1 cup milk with 2 large eggs beaten in.
1 medium onion, chopped.
5 cloves garlic, minced. Yes, FIVE!
1 tsp salt.
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper.
Couple good shakes of Worcestershire Sauce.
1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped.
1 rib celery, chopped.
1/2 tsp savory or ¼ marjoram.
2 strips of bacon, chopped.

Topping:
Ketchup or Chili Sauce.
Green relish.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, (except ketchup, chili sauce and relish) using your hands.

Place in 9X13 glass plan, shape firmly into a loaf shape (so you can slice leftovers and it fits on a hamburger bun!)

Top with mixture of ketchup or chili sauce and a couple spoons of green relish.

Cook at 350 degrees for about 1½ hour. Good with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes.

Lucky Aunt Jacquie moved into Ray's building and got to sample this meatloaf. She hounded Uncle Ray until he produced the secret recipe! This meatloaf was served at Ray and Erna's motel in Port Carling.
