6 chicken breasts
2 10-oz, pkgs frozen spinach
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all wet ingredients with spices. Add diced chicken and spinach. Mix well. Top with 1/2 c breadcrumbs and 1/2 Parmesan cheese (mixed together). Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
