2 cans (drained) sliced carrots or 2 # fresh carrots cooked in salted water until tender
2 onions slice
2 green peppers 1 diced and 1 cut in rings for garnish
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp.prepared mustard
1 tsp.Worcestire sauce
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, vinegar and sugar to mix well.Put other ingredients in a bowl and pour vinegar-oil-sugar mixture over them. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
To serve, remove carrots and pepper rings from bowl with a slotted spoon and arrange in bowl. Garnish with pepper rings.
