1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lb caramels (Kraft) unwrapped
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, butter, water, oil and half of the sweetened condensed milk.

Pour half of the batter into a 10 inch greased and floured springform pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

While the cake is baking, in a saucepan melt the caramels over medium heat. Stir in remaining condensed milk.

When cake comes out of oven, pour warm caramel mixture on top, leaving a half inch edge around outside of cake. Sprinke pecans over caramel.

Carefully pour remaining batter over top and return oven for another 35-40 minutees. Cool.

Dust with icing sugar before serving.
