1 lb. center cut pork chops
1 medium onion, sliced in rings
1 lb bag baby lima beans
1 lb. bag tater tots
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375. Spray an 11x14 baking dish with Pam or other oil. Cover bottom of the pan with the tater tots, then add a layer of lima beans. Place pork chops on top of the lima beans and then cover with onions. Top it all with the two cans of mushroom soup. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to1-1/2 hours. Allow to sit for five minutes and serve.
