1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/4 cup flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes(dissolved in 1 cup hot water)
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 cups cooked rice
2 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/4 chopped pimentos
1/3 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour and blend. Add bouillon mixture, milk and water. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in salt, rice chicken and vegetables. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
