2-3/4 Cups White Flour
1-1/2 Cups White Sugar
1 Cup Softened Butter
2 Eggs
2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp. Table Salt

For Sugar Mixture:
3 Tbsp. White Sugar
1-1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine all ingredients except the sugar mixture, in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often until well mixed (2-4 minutes). Blend the sugar mixture in a small bowl. Shape cookie dough into one inch balls & roll them in the sugar mixture. Place two inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
