1 C. Margarine
3/4 C. onion (chopped)
1 1/2 C. celery (chopped)
12 C./3 Qt. bread cubed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sage
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
turkey broth (if needed)

Melt margarine in skillet; add chopped onion and celery, soften and stir. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir/mix well. Let simmer approximately 10 minutes. Place cubed bread (about 1 1/2 loaves...maybe 2, depends on the thickness of the bread) in large bowl. Mix in mixture with cubes. Add turkey broth, if needed, for extra moisture. Place in glass baking pan, cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. . Good Stuff! Makes 3 Qts. stuffing for a 12 lb. turkey.
