1 lb. of sausage
2 8 oz cream cheese
2 cans of rotel
Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown sausage, than drain
2) Drain both cans of rotel and put in big mixing bowl
3) Add cream cheese to the same mixing bowl as rotel
**While the sausage is browning you may do steps 2-3 and put thse ingredients in microwave for 2 minutes
4) Add browned sausage in mixing bowl with other ingredients
5) Put all 3 ingredients in mixing bowl, stir together and back in mocrowave for 2 final minutes
6) Enjoy
7) Thank me later :)
**I add salt, pepper, a little garlic powder and minced onion to sausage while browning.
