Prepare the following while cake is baking.
14 oz coconut
16 oz sour cream - 2 cups
16 oz. Regular sugar,not powdered (I try to use a bit less sugar)
Mix real well.

Directions:
Make 1 white cake mix with pudding mix in a 9 x13 pan. Spray bottom of pan and line with wax paper and spray again. Bake according to directions. Careful not to over bake. Let cool about 10 minutes and dump out cake on a rack.......... carefully........ let cool completely.

Slice cake in half and put bottom of cake back into pan,slicing horizontally, Frost the middle with half of the icing. Put top on cake and put rest of frosting on cake top. Let set overnight as this ages, becomes better!!
