2 large baking potatoes, 3/4 c cream-style cottage cheese with chives, 2 tsp. French salad dressing, 1 tsp. chopped pimiento, 1/8 tsp. salt and milk.

Directions:
Scrub potatoes; prick skins. Bake in a 425º oven about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out insides, leaving 1/4" in shells. Mash potato; beat in cottage cheese, dressing, pimiento and salt. If necessary, beat in enough milk to make fluffy. Spoon or pipe into potato shells. Bake, covered, in a 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till heated through.
