Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 12 oz. bag washed raw cranberries
2 peeled and cored apples
1 large, whole (peel ON) seedless navel orange, cut off ends and cut into sections
2 c. granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries, apples and orange (use the entire seedless orange with peel, pith and all) in a food processor. Cut oranges into 2 inch wedges and apples into 1 inch thick slices. They pulse better if cut up a bit. Also, when pulsing, do it slowly a bit at a time stopping to stir often. Push the larger pieces to the bottom so they pulse well. Be careful not to over-pulse or you will end up with mush.

Mix in the sugar and let sit at room temperature until sugar dissolves which takes about an hour. Store in the refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups.

This is delicious with turkey or pork.....a great addition to the Holiday table. This recipe makes a large amount so you can freeze some for use at at later date.
