1 Gallon large cucumbers sliced thin, 4 c. sugar, 4 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. pickling salt, 1/2 tsp. Tumeric, 1/2 tsp. Celery seed, 1/2 tsp. mustard seed, and 1 sliced onion to each quart.

Directions:
Add sliced cucumbers, put onion and layer cucumbers till container is full. Mix solution well cold, pour over pickles in container and cover. Shake well. Put in refrigerator and shake everyday for 5 days before using. Can use after the 5th day. Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
