Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburg or mixture of pork and beef (meat loaf mixture works well)
1 egg
1 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese (Parmesan, Romano mix)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 or 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together-- hands work best.

2. Form meatballs.

3. Pan fry or oven bake
oven 350º Time 15 min.- turn meatballs over bake 15 more min.

4. Place in sauce to continue cooking.
