3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 chicken or chicken pieces
3 tablespoons of oil
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon of minced onion
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons of seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoons of oregano
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour salt and pepper. Coat chicken, heat oil and brown chicken. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
