2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. rich milk
1 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tuna, partially drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and stir while cooking until mixture is thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper and canned tuna. Toast your favorite bread and cut into bite size pieces on a plate. Pour creamed tuna over toast. Serve hot.
