2 Egg Whites
2/3c Sugar
1tsp Vanilla
1c Chopped Pecans
1c Nestles

Directions:

Oven 350º

Beat egg whites then gently fold in sugar. Beat until really stiff, add vanilla mix well. Add pecans and nestles. Line sheets with foil. Drop on sheets, turn off oven

My mother would save these for last when baking. After they were put in the oven and the oven was turned off, she would leave them in the oven over night.
