1 bunch fresh broccoli
3 medium tomatoes
1/2 small red onion - sliced thin

Dressing:
1/2 C mayo or to taste
3 T wine vinegar or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Clean broccoli and cut into medium sized florets. Cook broccoli in salted, boiling water until fork tender. Do not over-cook! Drain and cool. Slice each tomato into 8 wedges. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, tomatoes and sliced onion and lightly toss. Mix dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over broccoli and tomato mixture and toss well. Refrigerate.
