Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box (1 lb. size) saltine crackers (I use the multigrain variety)
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1 c. canola oil (Don't use olive oil as it can taste rancid)

Directions:
Directions:
Separate and place the whole box of saltines in a large container that has a tight fitting lid. Mix the remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour mix over the crackers, cover and gently turn over and over. Don't shake as it breaks up the crackers. I do this a few times and then let it sit. I go by every hour or so and turn the container over and let them sit some more until all crackers are pretty well coated. The next day I move them to a different container with a good lid . They will keep for several weeks in an airtight container.
