At least 3 medium chicken breasts
1 carrot
1 celery stick
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup mayo or plain greek yogurt
1 T currents (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season and roast chicken breasts as desired or buy pre-made. Dice into tiny chunks. Use a baby quizinart to blend the carrot, celery and almonds. You can do this by hand too of course. Add mixture, mayo and raisins (opt.) and stir gently into the ckicken. refridgerate til ready to serve.
