1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 cloves mince garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic and lemon juice until blended. Stir in spinach. Cover then refrigerate for at least one hour. For best results, refrigerate overnight.

For a healthier version, use low-fat or non-fat mayonnaise, sour cream and reduced fat Parmesan cheese.
